At JGP, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for an enthusiastic sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive, supporting our growth as a leading supplier and industry expert, on digital recruitment solutions for the public sector.

By establishing your own personal brand, you’ll be offering our clients a credible, personable experience to meet their individual needs. You’ll manage expectations, offering honest, detailed advice and data driven recommendations.

You will be responsible for building your pipeline of prospective business to maximise the revenue from your own set of accounts. You will develop long-standing, relationships that deliver recurring business from your account base, driven by consistent results and superb customer service.

Our suite of solutions offers our clients various options to help them recruit the best talent. It’s your job to identify the most suitable resourcing mix and present it convincingly, offering data and advice to support your recommendations. You’ll take pride in developing creative and compelling sales proposals and be comfortable communicating them with senior decision makers.

About You: 

To join our passionate and dedicated team, you will need to demonstrate successful experience of selling over the phone, ideally within a recruitment/advertising/HR sector.

You’ll have advanced influencing and communication skills, and be a natural rapport builder – you’ll consider your relationships to be the secret of your success. You’ll also be competitive, someone who is driven by targets/goals.

We’re eager to have a further conversation with you if you’ve worked in Client Relationship, Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, Customer Success Executive, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter roles.
